After your hotel pick-up you receive a briefing, shower, wetsuit and life-jacket (compulsory for kids and non-swimmers). The programme includes a dolphin dance while holding the pectoral fins, a ride by the dorsal fin and moments of close contact for photos and gentle interaction. Trainers supervise every move and enforce safety rules: minimum age three (under-3s and pregnant women cannot participate); children 3 + must join with one paying parent; jewellery must be removed, hair tied back. Special-needs guests may join in life-jackets with a capable adult swimmer. Sessions run through the afternoon after the regular show, and the arena provides towels, changing rooms and an on-site playground.
